What does the free version include?

A freezer with its zones, up to 25 active foods, search, traffic light, “Consume first” list, history and local reminders.

What does CongelaMapa Pro unlock?

Unlimited items and freezers, JSON backups, backup import and CSV export with a one-time purchase of $129 MXN.

How do I restore my purchase?

In the app, open Settings and tap “Restore purchases.” Use the same Apple ID you made the payment with.

I don't receive reminders

On your iPhone open Settings → Notifications → CongelaMapa and activate “Allow notifications”. Notices are scheduled three days before the recommended date when there is still enough time.

How do I recover a backup?

With Pro open Settings → Import Backup and select a JSON file previously created by CongelaMapa. The import replaces the current inventory.

Do the dates guarantee that the food is safe?

No. CongelaMapa organizes the information you record, but does not inspect the food. If you have questions about smell, color, texture, thawing or conservation, avoid consuming them and consult a reliable health source.
